According to information from Shenandoah Assistant Police Chief Bryan Carlisle, a man described as Hispanic or Middle Eastern entered the bank at 1430 Research Forest Drive and gave the teller a note demanding money. Witnesses described the robber as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He was wearing a dark colored, hooded jacket, dark sunglasses, faded jeans, a yellow shirt and had a goatee style beard either painted or drawn on his face.
